What do YOU make for Dinner? Reservations!

Happy Birthday Barbara!

Yes, it is time to celebrate your birthday. It is your special day. And, what do you want for your birthday? Amongst other items on your list is a dinner out at your favorite local restaurant. So we are headed there for your birthday celebration. I can not gift wrap it… I can not surprise you with the thought, ’cause you asked for it… I can not afford a limousine ride to the restaurant… But, I can get you there, if I remember to put gas in the car, and we can have great food and special time together.

I guess that is what makes it special for me. Barbara will have a big smile on her face and we will have time together. We will remember the other important dinner dates that we have had together over our 25+ years together. Maybe, we will remember the special trips and vacations that have lead us to these special dinners. We might plan for future vacations or trips which will include other special meals and yet more time together. And God willing, we will have more birthdays together to celebrate.

You never know when your current annual celebration will be your last. For whatever reason, it is important to honor and appreciate your special times with your special people. And ALWAYS take the opportunity to tell your special people that you love them… (You can never say “I love you” too much or too often!)
