The Stress Education Center will be releasing a new audio which is designed to increase your productivity. This technique will help you to focus better and to reduce internal distractions that can lead to mistakes, rob your energy, and minimizes the stress that steals your creatvity. Coaching clients have found that this technique saves them time and allows them to get more done.
Most of us have knowledge, perhaps mastery, of our work. When we make mistakes or lose focus it takes more time and reduces our ability to perform. These are the same principles and techniques that world class athletes use in their regular training for high level competition. You can have better results and increase your productivity if you do not waste energy holding on to unnecessary amounts of muscle tension or by losing focus as our minds race off with distracting thoughts. Saving time saves money, but you also can improve the quality of life and the quality of your work, by using these techniques on a regular basis. Before you experience times of “overwhelm” at work, consider using these techniques to prevent work pressures and stress from affecting your health and your prosperity.
Sometimes clients require additional specific coaching if their distractions include specific anxieties like a fear of public speaking and making presentations. For some clients, test taking anxiety creates problems that be minimized with proper practice. Even the fears involved in travel can create situations where clients have not performed at the highest levels. These anxieties can be control and their negative impacts can be reduced, if not eliminated.
